Case 1 - Vaccine Cold Chain Temperature Measurement

The demand for traceability and temperature monitoring of cold chain transportation (especially pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and fresh products) is increasing day by day, from the original only sensing the storage environment temperature to the single-item-level real-time monitoring and traceability based on the smallest package.

Compared with RFID UHF temperature measurement and other temperature measurement methods, this method can upload items temperature in real time.

Case 2 - Industrial Bearings and Agitators Temperature Measurement

When the bearing and the Agitator rotate at high speed for a long time, it is easy to cause high temperature and even on fire. Typical temperature sensors are wired and difficult to install. This scenario is more suitable for RFID ultra-high temperature measurement.

Case 3 - Lithium Battery Warehouse Temperature Measurement

When storing lithium batteries in warehouses, the short circuit of individual batteries can easily cause fires. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the temperature of each small storage unit. In this scenario, neither thermocouples nor infrared thermometers are capable of real-time stable temperature measurement.

The RFID UHF temperature measurement solution is more suitable for temperature measurement of lithium battery warehouses. The advantage is that a set of reading and writing equipment and software can control hundreds of temperature measurement points. In the same case, the thermocouple needs to be deployed on 100 lines,, and the infrared thermometer cannot complete the temperature measurement.
